By accessing or utilizing the services provided by Techantra, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Techantra is operated independently on a freelance basis in India. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or purchasing our digital products.
Techantra offers a variety of digital solutions, including but not limited to custom web development, graphic design, video editing, and the provision of ready-to-use digital accounts. All service offerings and descriptions are subject to change without prior notice.
We operate via manual payment processing to ensure secure transactions. Accepted methods of payment currently include:
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Digital Gift Cards
All prices are quoted prior to the commencement of services or delivery of digital products. Payment must be fulfilled completely before the final handover of assets.
Due to the irreversible nature of digital products and the manual labor involved in custom development and design, all payments are strictly non-refundable.
We do not offer cash refunds once a product has been delivered or a service has commenced. In cases of dissatisfaction, we strictly refer to our Revisions & Replacements policy instead.
While refunds are not provided, we prioritize client satisfaction through replacements and revisions:
- Digital Accounts: If an account is discovered to be non-functional immediately upon delivery, we will provide a free replacement. Claims must be made promptly.
- Development & Design: Revisions will be carried out based on the scope agreed upon before the project started. Excessive modifications outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
All services and digital products are manually delivered through designated communication channels (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp, Email). Digital assets are typically delivered instantly after payment confirmation, whereas custom service timelines will vary based on project complexity.
As a user or client of Techantra, you agree to provide accurate information during the order process and clear instructions for custom projects. You also agree that any assets, tools, or accounts purchased will be utilized responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
Techantra frequently interacts with or provides products associated with third-party platforms such as Telegram, Google, WhatsApp, and hosting providers. These services are governed by their own independent Terms of Service.
We offer no guarantees regarding the uptime, operational continuity, or policy changes of these third-party platforms, as they remain completely out of our control.
Techantra ensures that all digital accounts provided are functional at the precise moment of delivery. Beyond that point, the user assumes full responsibility and all associated risks.
Zero Liability Clause: We provide strictly zero guarantees regarding the longevity of accounts post-delivery. Techantra is not liable for account suspensions, bans, algorithmic restrictions, or misuse by the end-user.
Techantra reserves all intellectual property rights over its branding, website aesthetics, underlying code architectures, and written content. Unauthorized scraping, copying, distribution, or reuse of our digital property without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

Users may not leverage any services or products obtained through Techantra for the purposes of:
- Spamming, harassment, or malicious botting.
- Fraudulent activities or scams.
- Any acts that violate local, state, or international laws.
We are not responsible for verifying your intent, and any misuse will fall entirely upon your legal responsibility.
Under no circumstances shall Techantra, its operators, or affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our services.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, business interruptions, or reputational damage resulting from the use or inability to use our deliverables.
We strive to maintain a high level of operational consistency; however, Techantra reserves the absolute right to modify, pause, suspend, or permanently discontinue any service, product, or feature at our sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice.
We maintain the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. In the event we identify a violation of these Terms & Conditions, abusive behavior toward our staff, or suspected illegal activity, we will immediately terminate ongoing projects or communications without liability.
